Pack A Punch is Boxing's finest Inclusion brand.
Founded in London by Grace Buckle, a CODA (Child of a Deaf Adult), boxer and sign language interpreter after noticing a severe lack of accessibility in the fitness industry. Once Grace gained her personal training qualification, she started offering accessible classes at her local gym every Saturday.
Pack A Punch was put on hold when Grace returned to university to complete her interpreter training but when COVID-19 hit, it was even more apparent that the needs of Deaf people weren't being met and this was when PAP was reborn. Now a fully qualified interpreter, Grace is ready to embrace the next stage of her career.
PAP currently provide online fitness classes, outdoor classes and 1-2-1 sessions. We also create social media content that allows us to stay connected with the Deaf and hearing community. PAP is a Deaf-conscious brand that is committed to raising deaf awareness within wider society.
