Shipping FAQ's

Are all products tracked?

Yes! If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility (ie. Royal Mail).


Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship within the UK. In future we hope to be able to ship Worldwide.


Do you charge for shipping?

No, we offer Free Shipping on all orders.


How long before I receive my order?

Please allow between 7 - 10 days for your items to arrive. 


Do you accept refunds?

Unfortunately we don't, but if the item is faulty or damaged we will happily exchange the item for you. 


Can I modify my delivery address?

Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You will have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. The original payment will be refunded to your account once the order has been cancelled.
